Jennifer Braden, M.Ed., J.D.
Jennifer Braden is a compliance, accessibility, and education consultant with extensive experience supporting organizations in creating inclusive, equitable, and legally sound environments for students, employees, and community members. She previously served as a nondiscrimination compliance officer, ADA Coordinator, and lead digital accessibility coordinator for the nation’s largest nonprofit university, where she supported accessibility governance, civil rights investigations, and risk management initiatives affecting more than 250,000 learners and 12,000 employees.
Her background also includes senior administrative roles at an Ivy League law school and a leading arts college, as well as work across EC–12 public, charter, and independent schools. Across these settings, she has supported compliance, accommodations, student services, discipline processes, and instructional and administrative systems, with a particular focus on translating disability-related requirements, discrimination and retaliation obligations, and accessibility standards into clear, operational processes.
For nearly two decades, Ms. Braden has maintained a strong commitment to continuous professional education through participation in and facilitation of training and professional development initiatives with organizations including the National ADA Network, the Association of Title IX Administrators, the National Association for College and University Administrators, the Association on Higher Education and Disability, and the American Bar Association.
Ms. Braden holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Fordham University, a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, and a Master of Education in Educational Administration. She is currently completing a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Education Technology.
Today, Ms. Braden provides independent consulting and direct services in accessibility compliance, civil rights investigations, mediation and conflict resolution, education consulting, and governance and policy development.
